By using the services of Bali BioAnalytics (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at balibioanalytics.com and all laboratory testing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Bali BioAnalytics provides chemical analysis and testing services, including but not limited to peptide purity testing, compound identification, SARM analysis, GLP-1 peptide screening, and custom compound testing. All testing is performed at our ISO-standard laboratory facility in Bali, Indonesia.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all samples submitted for testing comply with applicable laws and regulations. By submitting a sample, you confirm that you have the legal right to possess the substance and that the testing is being conducted for lawful purposes such as harm reduction, quality assurance, or research.
Samples must be properly packaged, labeled, and shipped according to our guidelines. We are not responsible for samples damaged or lost during transit. Samples will be stored securely during testing and disposed of in accordance with local regulations upon completion.
All testing orders must be submitted via email to info@balibioanalytics.com. Pricing is as listed on our website and may be updated at any time without prior notice. Payment is required before testing begins. We accept payment methods as communicated during the order process.
We aim to deliver results within 5-7 business days from receipt of the sample. Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the analysis and current laboratory workload. Results are delivered as a Certificate of Analysis (COA) in PDF format via email.
Each COA includes a unique Test ID and QR code that can be verified through our online verification portal at balibioanalytics.com/verify/. Results reflect the composition of the specific sample tested and should not be generalized to other batches or products.
We employ rigorous laboratory protocols including HPLC, mass spectrometry, and advanced chromatography to ensure accurate results. However, results are provided “as is” and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of results for any particular purpose.
Bali BioAnalytics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on test results. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific test in question.
We treat all client information and test results as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties except as required by law. Anonymous testing is available – no personal information is required to submit a sample for analysis.
All content on balibioanalytics.com, including text, logos, graphics, and COA templates, is the property of Bali BioAnalytics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Orders may be cancelled before the sample is received at our facility for a full refund. Once testing has begun, no refunds will be issued. If a test cannot be completed due to insufficient sample quantity or other technical issues, we will contact you to discuss options, which may include a partial refund or re-submission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
